Chartered Trade Mark Attorney
Neil is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and has experience in both contentious and non-contentious trade mark work. Neil undertook a history degree at Queen Mary, University of London and has completed the Queen Mary, Postgraduate Certificate in Trade Marks Law and Practice and the Nottingham Trent University, Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice.
Neil has experienced the wide breadth of trade mark practice, from advising on pre-filing searches, engaging in settlement discussions for disputes, preparing legal submissions and witness statements and attending to litigation. Neil particularly enjoys the various intricacies of trade mark law and the room for debate and discussion that trade mark law affords.
In his free time, Neil partakes in temple activities and enjoys going to the gym to keep fit, whilst also browsing case law to read interesting (yet sometimes, frustrating) UKIPO trade mark decisions.
